Mubashar Naqvi, our alumnus of U.S.-Pakistan Professional Partnership Program, recently conducted a transformative two-day course titled “Accessing, Interpreting, and Reporting Health-Related Information to the Public” at University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (UAJK). The course explored the Challenges and Essentials of Effective Health Reporting in Pakistan by shedding light on the ethical considerations crucial in health reporting. He equipped media studies students, graduates, and early-career professionals with the skills to disseminate accurate health information.

Supported by NIHR and funded by the University of Warwick, this initiative has made a lasting mark on the media landscape of Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
