We are proud to share that Riaz Baloch, a passionate disability rights activist and Alumnus of the Pakistan-U.S. Alumni Network (PUAN), has been officially appointed by the Government of Balochistan, Social Welfare Department, as the Focal Person to the Chief Minister for Disability Affairs.

Based in Quetta, Riaz leads The Special Ones (TSO) – an organization working exclusively for the empowerment and inclusion of persons with disabilities in Balochistan.

His leadership, advocacy, and community service are paving the way for a more inclusive and accessible Balochistan. Congratulations, Riaz, on this well-deserved recognition!
