Pakistan-U.S. Alumni Network (PUAN) North AJK Chapter recently hosted it’s unforgettable Annual Reunion at the Pearl Continental Hotel, Muzaffarabad. This much-anticipated event brought together a vibrant and accomplished group of alumni who have made remarkable strides in their respective fields.
The theme of the evening was to honor the outstanding achievements of our alumni, and it did just that. Alumni from diverse backgrounds and exchange programs came together to rekindle old connections, reminisce about their journeys, and showcase their accomplishments.
The program was graced by the presence of esteemed guests, including representatives from the United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP). Mr. Shahid Waseem, the Country Alumni Coordinator, added his presence to the celebration, along with the dedicated North AJK Chapter Alumni Coordinators, Salman Wahab and Muhammad Sarfraz Khan.
Local dignitaries and government officials, including Tariq Shafi (DEO), Javaid Iqbal Khawaja (DDS), Abdul Rahman (DPI), Shahid Gillani (Dy director), Jamshed Naqvi (former President PUAN North AJK Chapter), and many others, lent their support and presence to the event. Their attendance underscored the invaluable contributions of PUAN alumni to the community and emphasized their pivotal role in strengthening the bonds between Pakistan and the United States.
The evening was a blend of engaging activities, featuring soulful music performances and enlightening presentations showcasing the various initiatives and projects undertaken by our talented alumni. Naeem Chak, the President of PUAN North AJK Chapter, took the opportunity to commend the volunteers and chapter leadership for their exceptional efforts in organizing this remarkable event.
The PUAN North AJK Chapter Annual Reunion 2023 transcended being just a gathering; it served as a platform for alumni to forge new connections, share their inspiring success stories, and promote the impactful work of PUAN in North AJK.
With a blend of inspiration and nostalgia, the event concluded with a renewed sense of purpose and a commitment to carry forward the spirit of PUAN in North AJK.
