PUAN Central Punjab Chapter recently conducted an activity on ‘Mind and Body’ to destigmatize the issue and to promote mental health awareness at workplaces and in daily life. Experienced psychologist and meditation expert shed light on the impact of mindfulness. She then presented a lecture on potential benefits of mindfulness that include lowering stress, decreasing depression, improving memory, and strengthening your relationships, among other things. The activity also included mind exercises and a calming meditation session.
