Members of Pakistan-U.S. Alumni Network (PUAN) Central Punjab Chapter’s Executive Board and Consul General Kristin K. Hawkins, U.S. Consulate General Lahore recently met to discuss ways to strengthen the network and its impact on the community.
The alumni and Consul General Hawkins discussed the importance of people-to-people connections in building strong ties between Pakistan and the United States. They also brainstormed ideas for future activities and collaborations that PUAN could undertake. These discussions ranged from educational initiatives and cultural exchanges to community development projects.
Consul General Hawkins expressed her gratitude to the PUAN alumni for their remarkable work in fostering cross-cultural understanding and collaboration. She recognized their dedication as “changemakers” and “bridge-builders” who actively contribute to strengthening the partnership between Pakistan and the United States.
