Breaking Stereotypes! We are proud to share the achievements of our UGRAD alumna, Bisma Lal, who recently organized the closing ceremony of her Alumni Small Grant project, ‘SHIELDS UP WOMEN,’ at Public School Hyderabad.

The Sheilds Up Women project’s closing session focused on addressing the critical areas of cyber security, legal advice, and self-defense techniques as part of an anti-harassment movement. It was a child-friendly, informative, and energizing event that ignited the curiosity of young girls, showcasing their unwavering determination to protect their rights.

Bisma Lal and her dedicated team successfully educated 120 students during this session. Various speakers and self-defense trainers equipped these young girls with valuable skills to navigate life safely. This training will serve as a lifelong asset, empowering them to face challenges with confidence.
