Growing up in Quetta, Syed Dilawar Shah never imagined his path from an English Access alum (2011–2013) would one day lead him to drafting policy frameworks that impact thousands. With a degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Finance, Dilawar discovered during his PUAN National Internship 2025 at the Balochistan Public-Private Partnership Authority (BPPPA) how seamlessly his skills could translate into governance and public administration.

Under the guidance of Dr. Faisal Ahmed Khan (Fulbright Scholar 2009), CEO of BPPPA, Dilawar worked on the Safa Quetta Project, where he developed policy frameworks and boosted project visibility by 40%. Beyond numbers, this hands-on experience showed him how effective governance can drive economic growth and community development.
“This internship bridged the gap between theory and reality,” Dilawar reflects. “It showed me how ideas turn into systems that serve people.”
Dilawar looks ahead to a career in governance and international development, carrying forward lessons of mentorship, service, and innovation. His story is a powerful reminder that when young leaders are given the right opportunities, they can transform not only their own future but also the future of their communities.
