The Pakistan-U.S. Alumni Network (PUAN) hosted regional closing ceremonies for its Summer Internship Program virtually for Sindh, Balochistan, and Punjab, recognizing the outstanding contributions of mentors and interns. The successful completion of the program marked a significant milestone in PUAN’s efforts to empower Pakistani youth and foster collaboration between mentors and interns.
Sindh and Balochistan Region’s Closing Ceremony
The Sindh region closing ceremony was held on November 02, 2023, and was attended by mentors and interns from Karachi, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sukkur, and Jamshoro chapter. Anastasia Kolivas, Cultural Affairs Officer, U.S. Consulate General, Karachi shared that the ceremony was a testament to the dedication and hard work of the participants, who showcased their accomplishments during the internship program. The ceremony highlighted the contributions of mentors who selflessly provided guidance and support to the interns throughout the program.
Punjab Region Closing Ceremony
The Punjab region closing ceremony was on November 06, 2023, and brought together mentors and interns from North Punjab, South Punjab and Central Punjab. Monica Brinn, Cultural Affairs Officer, U.S. Consulate General, Lahore was guest of honor at the ceremony.
