Walija Nisar, alumna of the English Access Microscholarship Program (2016–2017), the U.S. Summer Sisters Exchange Program (2019), and the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (2022), is leading a powerful initiative titled “AJK Alumni LinkUp: Strengthening Connections & Opportunities” under the PUAN Connects grant.

Walija’s project brings together alumni from all six districts of Azad Jammu and Kashmir through a mix of virtual and in-person sessions. With a strong focus on leadership development, entrepreneurship, and mentorship, the initiative aims to foster deeper alumni engagement, create collaborative learning spaces, and build a sustainable platform for long-term growth and impact in the region.
