The third day of the PUAN Masterclass was all about mastering marketing, managing innovation risk, and exploring Karachi’s dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The morning kicked off with a high-impact session on Effective Marketing Strategies for SMEs, led by Hamza Abdul Rauf, Co-founder and CEO of Telemart. He shared practical approaches to help small and medium-sized enterprises drive business growth and connect meaningfully with their target audiences.
This was followed by an insightful talk on Innovation Risk and Strategic Mitigation by Ahmed Ayub, Chief Strategy Officer at Conrad Labs. He offered participants actionable frameworks to navigate uncertainty and scale innovative ventures with confidence.



A vibrant Panel Discussion on Marketing Trends and Innovations came next, moderated by Sobia Ikram. Panelists Hanzala Raja, Jamal Uddin, and Aaqib Sayed brought diverse expertise on brand storytelling, digital trends, and the evolving marketing landscape in Pakistan.
The day continued with a focused mentoring session on Sales and Marketing by Furqan Qureshi, Founder of TheFourDees. Participants explored ways to align their value propositions with market needs and customer behavior.


In the afternoon, PUAN alumni visited The Hive at LuckyOne Mall, where Najia Rizwan, General Manager Commercial, led a guided tour of the coworking space and shared inspiring stories of startups that scaled from single desks to full-fledged businesses.
The group also toured the Shahjehan Syed Karim Incubation Center (SSKIC) at IoBM, where Raza Abbas, Head of SSKIC, introduced alumni to the center’s work in youth entrepreneurship. During the visit, participants engaged with startup founders behind impactful ventures like Digibook, Zarai Baramdaat, Bioraff, and FiltResha—showcasing how collaboration and innovation continue to drive Pakistan’s entrepreneurial momentum.



Day 3 offered a rich blend of marketing insights, strategic thinking, and community engagement further strengthening PUAN alumni’s capacity to lead and grow in today’s fast-evolving business environment.
