The Pakistan-U.S. Alumni Network (PUAN) National Internship Program 2026 concluded with a promising career outcome, as 39% of participating interns received job offers following the three-month program.

From June 1 to August 31, 38 interns gained hands-on workplace experience, strengthened professional skills, and developed practical competencies to prepare for future career opportunities.
A key component of the program was the contribution of PUAN alumni mentors, who volunteered their time and professional expertise to guide junior alumni, share workplace insights, and support their professional development.
The program demonstrates how practical workplace exposure, combined with alumni mentorship, can help bridge the gap between learning and employment. By investing in workforce readiness and professional development, PUAN continues to support career pathways and equip emerging professionals with skills relevant to Pakistan’s evolving economy.
