Just like other segments of society, the COVID-19 pandemic also affected capacity building programs for media professionals. Embassy Islamabad has adjusted by offering online training for Pakistani journalists. One such program is being offered by the University of Massachusetts Donahue Institute in cooperation with the University of Massachusetts Journalism Department. This program is helping young Pakistani journalists improve their digital journalism and business management skills.
