Ms. Ali’s dedication shines through her leadership development initiatives focused on women in Civil Society Organizations (CSOs). Recognizing the barriers that often hold women back, she spearheaded programs like Basic Life Skills training, workshops, and mentorship opportunities. These programs empower women to take on leadership roles and break down stereotypes.

As a motivated development enthusiast with a strong background in Development Studies (and currently pursuing an MS in Project Management!), she’s driven to create impactful solutions within the sector. Her experience in research, project management, and social mobilization has demonstrably contributed to transformative initiatives.
