Through a multifaceted approach, the project implemented a series of impactful interventions. Thirty counseling sessions convened experts and community members to explore innovative solutions. Dr. Hassan leveraged his extensive experience in environmental advocacy and journalism to produce three compelling short documentaries, shedding light on Islamabad’s water woes and catalyzing crucial conversations and action. Additionally, two seminars provided a platform for in-depth discussions among stakeholders, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange. Notably, the project facilitated the formation of a network of environmental activists, fostering unity between individuals from the US and Pakistan in a shared mission.

Furthermore, the project’s dedicated online platform and active engagement on social media channels amplified its message, mobilizing communities and stimulating dialogue. Two awareness walks further bolstered community involvement, demonstrating a collective commitment to safeguarding Islamabad’s natural resources. As the project concludes, its impact will endure, laying the foundation for a more sustainable and resilient future for the city.
