As a Civil Society Officer with the Aga Khan Rural Support Program, Ms. Ali isn’t just strengthening these organizations; she’s actively bringing women to the forefront.

Breaking Barriers, Building Leaders

Ms. Ali’s dedication shines through her leadership development initiatives focused on women in Civil Society Organizations (CSOs). Recognizing the barriers that often hold women back, she spearheaded programs like Basic Life Skills training, workshops, and mentorship opportunities. These programs empower women to take on leadership roles and break down stereotypes.

A Ripple Effect of Change

The impact of Ms. Ali’s work is undeniable in PUAN and abroad. We’ve seen a significant rise in women assuming leadership positions within CSOs. These women, once on the sidelines, are now actively shaping the direction of their communities and influencing policies that impact countless lives.

Ms. Ali’s commitment extends beyond her role. As a motivated development enthusiast with a strong background in Development Studies (and currently pursuing an MS in Project Management!), she’s driven to create impactful solutions within the sector. Her experience in research, project management, and social mobilization has demonstrably contributed to transformative initiatives.
